1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access pro368 Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and other required details. Each User is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password or account access with any third party.
• Immediately notify pro368 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

pro368 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pro368 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

5. Deposits and Funding

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Users may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name.
• Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before first withdrawal.
• Any active bonus balance must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal, or the bonus will be forfeited.

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, pro368 will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

pro368 may offer various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x-40x) before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.

7.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

pro368 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Users. Any suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and possible account termination.

pro368 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Specific terms for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotional materials.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, amended, or voided except in cases of obvious error.
• pro368 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its sole discretion, particularly from Users with suspicious betting patterns.
• In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds display), pro368 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant sporting bodies or game providers.
• In cases of disputes regarding bet settlement, pro368's decision is final and binding.

8.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, including football, basketball, tennis, and esports:

• All bets apply to the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original start time.
• If an event is abandoned after starting, settlement will depend on the specific market rules and when the abandonment occurred.
• Live betting odds are updated in real-time and may change rapidly. You are responsible for verifying odds before confirming your bet.

8.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Game rules, including RTP (Return to Player) percentages, are displayed within each game's information section.
• In case of game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes refunded.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing pro368 staff or other Users.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action. pro368 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected criminal activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pro368 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of pro368 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Services.

pro368's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.
• Any active bonuses and Bonus Balance will be forfeited.
• You will no longer have access to your betting history or account information after 30 days.

13.2 Termination by pro368

pro368 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents.
• You are found to have multiple accounts.
• You engage in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 9.

Upon termination, pro368 may withhold your account balance if fraud or terms violations are confirmed. You will receive written notification of the specific reason for termination and any applicable appeals process.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
